Stuff stimulates and, through accumulation, paradoxically constricts. It was while I was struggling to find space for my stuff I become conscious that it speaks of time; the passed, present and future. At first unconsciously organised this 3D still life is an assembly of stuff both the found and made. Vaguely reminiscent of a row of old coat pegs, it too is constructed out of opposites; the familiar juxtaposed with the obscure, utilitarian and useless, hard against soft, the opaque with the translucent. For now above all stuff persists.
